Breakfast Burrito



A quick and simple recipe that I sometimes cook this for my sister and my mom...if I wake up in time for breakfast and not lunchtime haha! Change and choose the ingredients and procedures as you like; this is just how I do it. Enjoy :D



Ingredients (for 1 burrito):

1-2 strips of bacon (I used turkey bacon)
1 sausage link (Banquet turkey sausage)
1/4 of a small onion, sliced
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
2 eggs
1 square yellow american cheese or cheddar cheese
          or a spoon of shredded 
1 flour tortilla, soft taco (multi-grain)
salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:

1. Chop sausage and bell peppers. Slice bacon and onions. In a bowl, scramble eggs and add cheese, salt and pepper to taste. (Optional: add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of milk)
2. Put a small amount of oil in a pan and throw in bacon, then the sausage. After 5-7 minutes, throw in onions and bell peppers.
3. When the vegetables have a translucent look, add the scrambled eggs and cook until eggs are done. (approx. 3-5 min.)
4. Heat up your tortilla wrap in the microwave, oven/ oven toaster, or stove top. Place the filling in the middle of the wrap and roll.
5. Eat away!
