Yesterday, it hit 90 degrees here in the east coast and it was a great feat to stay cool. Luckily for me, I had this simple, flow-y dress and I managed to be in air conditioned buildings for majority of the day. I tied a chambray top to bring in the waist and so that I had some cover up in case I got cold inside, which I did. :P
